ROAST TURKEY
Turkey is a holiday classic
that some people struggle with. Eurita is here to
help make this cooking process easy and delicious! Since no two turkeys are the
same, we have included a guide to alter our recipe based on the weight of your
turkey.

Use the following models for 6-9lb turkey Models: 99600 or
99602
RECIPE
- 6 LB - Turkey (unthawed) (6 lb. - 9 lbs based
on light to heavy eaters) - 1 SM - Yellow Onion (peeled/left whole)
- 4 TB Butter (Room Temperature)
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 cup Water
Directions are for a 6-9 lb Turkey.
Step One | Soak your EURITA clay roaster (lid or lid & base) for 20 minutes in cold water
Step Two | Washing and rinse thawed turkey cavity. Removed bag of giblets)
Step Three | Place onion into turkey cavity and then into the base of your EURITA
Step Four | Cover turkey skin with light coat of butter
Step Five | Mix all spices together and then sprinkle over butter section
Step Six | Add 1 cup of water around base of turkey (this will be used if you want for gravy)
Step Seven | Empty the water from the lid and add to your dish. Place in a cold oven. Set temperature to 400°F and cook for 2¾ hours
Note: For a browner crispier crust remove EURITA
from oven and remove the lid. Replace back into oven for 10 minutes to brown.
