FIRST TIME USE INSTRUCTIONS

Once you have removed the packaging, you will first need to wash your EURITA with a mild dish detergent with a stiff brush. This will move any dust or loose participles from the pot.

If you plan to use the pot right away, you will need to give it a good soak for its first use. Just take the lid of your EURITA and put it in your sink or on the counter and fill all the way with cold water. Let the pot sit with the water inside for 30 minutes.

While your lid is soaking, you can start on your food prep for your first dish!

WHILE YOUR LID IS SOAKING

tart the food prep of your chosen dish. In this example, I'm cooking a boiled roast dinner.

Roast Prep

- I went ahead an cleaned and prepared my roast by searing off both sides in a hot cast iron pan.

- Once completed just put it in the bottom of your pot. I added small cuts in my roast and inserted garlic cloves for additional flavor.

For additional flavor I added two onions cut in half, some chives, bay leaves, rosemary sprigs, and about cup of water.

NEXT

I dumped the water out of the lid that was soaking and added it to my base.

I put it in my cold oven and set the temperature to 350°.

 I let it cook at this temperature for 2 hours

I then added my prepared vegetables

- PotatoS

- Cabbage Wedges

- Carrots

- Celery

and let it cook for another 1½ hours..

All done!!!!

This dish is very traditional and full of flavor. You can see where I put my fork in the potato to make sure they were done.

You can see that my juices have tripled during the cooking process because of the water that was pulled out from the lid. This will make some great gravy.
